Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty

All products include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty applies only when products are used strictly in accordance with their intended purpose and within their designed operating capacity. This warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, alteration, or modification
• Accidental, environmental, or cosmetic damage
• Use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed

Any unauthorised repairs or modifications will void the warranty. Warranty claims may require product inspection and/or photographic evidence.

2. Returns

All return requests must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. The following items cannot be returned (unless deemed faulty):

• Special orders
• Customised items
• Any product showing signs of installation, use, or wear

Because all products are classified as safety items, returned goods must be:

• Brand new
• Unused
• In original packaging with all labels, hardware, and documentation

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Items returned without prior approval may be rejected.

3. Shipping & Freight

Customers are responsible for all shipping and freight costs associated with returning items for change-of-mind reasons. These costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked and insured shipping method. Any shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors are outside our control.

4. Order Processing & Payment

Orders will be processed once full payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where payment is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise suspicious. Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or others as specified at checkout. All prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product.
• Responsibility for correct installation, maintenance, and use lies solely with the purchaser.
• Safety products must be installed by qualified personnel.

Incorrect installation may result in failure and void the warranty. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Product Information & Specifications

Product specifications, colours, and materials may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes. We reserve the right to improve or modify products at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are suitable for their intended application.

7. Compliance with Standards

All seatbelts are manufactured and/or repaired in compliance with relevant Australian Standards and Australian Design Rules (ADRs), where applicable, to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

8. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during ordering or communication will be used solely for:

• Processing orders
• Providing customer support
• Meeting legal and regulatory requirements

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except when necessary to complete an order (e.g., shipping carriers).

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the sale occurs. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local legal procedures.
